They own and operate many franchised boutiques as well as multiband stores under the Carlo Milano name. Hillside Investment Co. Ltd. has a diversified portfolio of companies in many sectors and is quickly expanding. Apart from retail, Hillside Investment Co. Ltd. is involved in worldwide manufacturing, real estate development, advertising and much more. As the company grows, they are in need of innovative talent that is part of a specialized team that is devoted to the company’s success. Hillside Investment Co. is looking to fill two Fashion Sales Manager positions to oversee the (1) Versace boutique and the (2) Salvatore Ferragamo boutique located in the Atlantis, Paradise Island Bahamas. This position reports to the V.P. of Fashion Sales and Marketing. Apart from management of daily operations in the boutique, the candidate must be an extremely diverse individual in their job function dealing with tasks from managing relationships with our V.I.P Clientele, Sales Reporting and Employee Development. Cross department interaction is daily where critical decision-making will be entrusted. These positions are designed for only strong candidates who will be able to live up to the challenging demands. Based on performance both positions can considered for advancement.
